This is the first DWD I've drawn on a 3x5 card for a while, and I think it turned out really well writing- and humor-wise. Credit for the character design and concept of V goes entirely to J. Dryver Henderson.
Who is this dastardly-looking do-gooder? Does IV know about him? Does IV know much about anything? More importantly, will the Weatherguiz ever actually pull off any evil plots?
